DR. MICHAEL SALZHAUER

Michael Salzhauer, most popularly known as Dr. Miami, is one of the most sought-after plastic surgeons in the nation. Having amassed more than one million followers on social media, Dr. Miami is celebrated for opening up the closed doors behind plastic surgery by showing tidbits of live surgical procedures on Snapchat. As a nationally recognized expert specializing in the Brazilian butt lift, not only does Dr. Salzhauer pride himself on his zero-fatality rate, but he also felt it necessary to help establish the World Association of Gluteal Surgeons (WAGS) to educate other doctors about the safest ways to perform the procedure.

DR. GABRIEL H. PATINO

Dr. Patino is the Chief Medical Officer of The Cosmetic Surgical Center of El Cerrito, located in the San Francisco Bay Area in California. With more than 20 years of experience in major cosmetic procedures, he specializes in the Breast Augmentation through the belly button with saline implants, extended tummy tucks and the Brazilian Butt Lift.

He was the first surgeon who modified the Transumbilical Breast Augmentation technique allowing for the manual insertion of silicone implants without an endoscope. He has been teaching Cosmetic surgery since 2014. He is a Fellow and has been a Faculty member of the AACS, CACS, ASOCP and ASCBS . He is board certified by the ABIM. Dr. Patino is very humbled and honored to manage the World Association of Gluteal Surgeons. His mission is to ensure that all patients who receive a fat transfer to the buttocks are getting the safest and most successful procedures possible.

He promotes the use of tumescent anesthesia which provides less pain, bruising and a faster recovery, the infusion of CO2 (Carboxy Pneumo Dissection) to expand the subcutaneous space and Ultrasound Gluteal Fat Transfer to visualize the safe injection of the fat graft above the muscle. Doctor Patino has a zero fatality rate from all Cosmetic Surgical procedures.

Dr. S. Alexander Earle, MD, FACS, is an Ivy League-educated plastic surgeon, double board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is the founder and owner of Pure Plastic Surgery in Miami.

Dr. Earle has vast experience in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery and specializes in aesthetic procedures of the body including breast surgery, abdominoplasty, gluteal augmentation (BBL) with fat transfer and liposuction. In addition, he is extremely skilled in Ultrasound Guided Brazilian butt lift (BBL) procedures adding additional safety measures for his patients. Since adopting the technology in 2019, he has safely performed more Ultrasound Guided BBLs than any surgeon in the U.S.

Dr. Humberto Palladino is a board-certified plastic surgeon committed to providing exceptional care and outstanding results. Following the legacy of his first-class training at the prestigious Mayo Clinic, he delivers above-standard service to his patients. Along with his brother, Dr. Gabriel Palladino, founded Top Aesthetics, a cosmetic surgery clinic where safety and patient satisfaction are the two main priorities. Since its inception, Top Aesthetics has improved numerous lives by restoring the confidence of those patients affected by weight loss, pregnancy, or just the effects of time on the body.

Dr. Palladino is the author of numerous publications on plastic surgery. He is also a member of many prestigious associations and continues to educate team members, students, and the public about the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is passionate about his work and through entities such as WAGS, provides education and training to colleagues on safe practices like Ultrasound Guided Fat Grafting to the Buttocks (UG BBL). Dr. Frank Agullo, MD, FACS

Dr. Agullo has extensive experience in breast, face and body procedures. His private practice offers the Vectra 3D Imaging System, which allows patients to visualize the simulated surgical outcome of the procedure of interest. Dr. Agullo is amply experienced in the reconstructive field of Plastic Surgery, such as reconstructive surgery of the breast, congenital malformations of the ear, cleft lip and palate. With an eye for innovation and improvement of each patient’s outcome Dr. Agullo offers hair restoration surgery in combination with an emerging new treatment known as PRP, platelet rich plasma. PRP therapy stimulates healing of soft tissue and improves the overall outcome of the hair transplant procedure, achieving wonderful and natural looking results.

Dr. Roxanne Grawe, the top-rated female plastic surgeon in the United States, is a highly respected board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon located near Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Grawe has teamed up with the World Association of Gluteal Surgeons (WAGS), holding the position of vice president, to help spread the importance of safe surgical practices during cosmetic and plastic gluteal surgery. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that all cosmetic surgeons have access to proper surgical training and education surrounding a Brazilian Butt Lift.
